     Patti C. of Clifton Park, NY writes,"I have a 13 year old cat named Sylvia who has grown bigger and meaner with the years.  She has gained weight and has difficulty cleaning and grooming herself.  She doesn't like being cleaned or groomed by humans, and will bite.  She has caused some painful injuries to my husband and myself.  Terri of Purrsnipity's took on the challenge and was amazingly able to clean, shave and groom Sylvia.  For this I am grateful.  Now my Sylvia is a big beautiful girl with smooth fur and a clean bottom."

 

Kind words - hopefully we can have a picture of Sylvia up here soon.  I visited in follow-up; Sylvia remembers me fondly and seems to feel much better after being dematted and having a clean coat.  Patti states that keeping Sylvia groomed and clean seems easier  too as Sylvia is more cooperative now that the painful mattes have been clipped.
